We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the communication, interpersonal, and professional development of employees at all levels. This role focuses on conducting workshops, one-on-one coaching sessions, and assessments to improve team collaboration, leadership, presentation, and conflict resolution skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Design & Delivery: Design and deliver interactive soft skills training programs that focus on communication, leadership, team collaboration, time management, conflict resolution, and other professional skills.
Needs Assessment: Conduct assessments to identify employees' training needs and tailor training programs accordingly.
Facilitation: Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars in both virtual and in-person formats.
Coaching: Provide one-on-one coaching for employees to improve specific soft skills such as negotiation, emotional intelligence, and public speaking.
Progress Monitoring: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments based on participant feedback and performance.
Content Development: Develop training materials, presentations, and resources to support learning objectives.
Feedback & Reporting: Gather and analyze feedback from participants to improve future sessions. Provide regular reports on training progress and outcomes to management.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, managers, and team leads to align training programs with company goals and objectives.
Education:
Any Degree from Recognized University
M.A English is Preferable
Experience: Fresher / Experience
