GRIZZLY VIDYALAYA : Affiliated to CBSE, upto 10+2 level, English medium co-educational day cum boarding school Telaiya Dam, Koderma (Jharkhand).

:

Conduct Personality Development sessions on communication, confidence-building, and leadership. Train students in public speaking, body language, and interpersonal skills. Organize quizzes, Olympiads, extempore, debates and maintain records. Plan and facilitate seminars, webinars, career counseling sessions and student's club activities. Develop life skills like time management, teamwork, and emotional intelligence. Assist students in career exploration and decision-making. Coordinate and organize teacher enrichment programs.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates from ICSE/ IGCSE background will be preferred Master /B.Tech/MBA, and experienced. Candidates with the knowledge of Power point Presentation & MS excel will be awarded extra weightage Ability to effectively navigate and operate digital tools for training and content creation. Candidates should have excellent English communication skills.
