To design, deliver, and evaluate training programs focused on developing employees' soft skills such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, leadership, workplace etiquette, and professional behavior, thereby enhancing productivity, collaboration, and organizational culture within the industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) in coordination with department heads and HR.
Design, develop, and deliver engaging soft skills training programs (classroom, online, and on-the-job formats).
Focus on modules such as:
Effective Communication (oral & written)
Teamwork & Collaboration
Workplace Etiquette & Professionalism
Time Management & Work Discipline
Leadership & Supervisory Skills
Conflict Management & Problem-Solving
Customer Service & Client Interaction (if applicable)
Customize training modules as per industrial workforce needs (operators, supervisors, managers).
Use interactive methodologies such as role-plays, case studies, simulations, and group activities.
Assess training effectiveness through feedback, post-training evaluations, and performance improvement metrics.
Maintain training records, reports, and compliance documentation.
Provide coaching/mentoring support to employees where required.
Collaborate with L&D/HR team to implement continuous improvement in training delivery.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
