We are looking for an experienced and passionate Soft Skill Trainer to conduct engaging and impactful offline training sessions for undergraduate students in Kolkata. The trainer will be responsible for helping students enhance their interpersonal, communication, and professional development skills to prepare them for career readiness and real-world challenges.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and deliver offline soft skill training modules tailored for UG students.
2. Cover topics such as communication skills, interview skills, time management, teamwork, leadership, and presentation skills.
3. Provide individual feedback and mentoring to help students improve their soft skills.
Required Qualifications & Skills: 1. Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Soft Skill Trainer.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
3. Energetic, empathetic, and student-friendly approach.
