Job Title: Soft Skills Trainer

Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Soft Skills Training
:
  • Responsible for the end-to-end development of candidates in the subject
  • Maintain records of daily class attendance and monitor class progress
  • Conduct theory and practice sessions, including field visits
  • Submit all reports in a timely manner to the center head and headquarters
  • Communicate regularly with the center manager and headquarters
  • Deliver effective training, both theoretical and practical
  • Ensure 100% attendance of the batch
  • Ensure an optimum passing percentage
  • Actively participate in placement activities
  • Guide mobilizers in identifying the right candidates
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge and ability to use different training methodologies aligned with the profile
  • Presentable and a motivator
  • Good people management and interpersonal skills
