Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Soft Skills Trainer to design and deliver engaging training programs that enhance the communication, interpersonal, and professional skills of our students. The ideal candidate will have experience in training, a passion for teaching, and excellent communication skills.

Qualification:

A Master's degree in English Literature with at least 55% marks from a recognized University.
UGC NET/SLET/SET and Ph.D. candidates will be given preference

Job Details

:

Teaching subjects like English, Communication, Soft Skills & Personality development to Under Graduate and Post Graduate Students.

Good Command over subject.

Must have flair for English Language.

Must engage students in beyond curriculum teaching.

Skills Required:

- Proven experience in training, teaching, or coaching soft skills.

- Deep interest in the related subject.
- Creativity to find innovative ideas for teaching.

- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
