Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions on

communication skills, presentation skills, teamwork, client interaction, and workplace etiquette

for IT students/freshers. Design engaging training modules, role plays, mock interviews, and group activities tailored for IT industry needs. Assess participants' performance and provide constructive feedback to improve professional skills. Customize training programs to match the learning level of IT students and corporate expectations. Maintain proper records of training sessions, attendance, and trainee progress reports. Stay updated with the latest trends in soft skills training, especially in the

IT and corporate sector

.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong interpersonal skills to engage and motivate young IT learners.

Ability to simplify concepts for students/new joiners.

Creative, energetic, and adaptable training style.

Good knowledge of corporate culture and IT workplace expectations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).

Certification in Soft Skills/Corporate Training/Personality Development (added advantage).

Prior experience in training IT students/freshers (0-5 years Expected)
