We are looking for a passionate and energetic

Soft Skills Trainer

to support our CSR-driven vocational training program in Pune. The selected trainer will be responsible for developing the communication, grooming, and employability skills of youth (10th pass to ITI background) to make them

industry-ready

for placement opportunities. The trainer should have excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to connect with first-generation learners.

Key Responsibilities:



Deliver structured soft skills and workplace readiness training for students from underprivileged or rural backgrounds (Class 10 to ITI level). Conduct sessions on: Communication skills (spoken English, confidence building) Personal grooming and hygiene Professional behavior and workplace etiquette Interview skills and resume preparation Time management and teamwork Use interactive, practical, and learner-friendly methods to build self-confidence. Prepare students for real-life job interviews, including role-plays and mock interviews. Support trainees with individualized feedback and mentoring. Maintain daily training records, attendance, and session feedback documentation. Coordinate with domain trainers and placement officers to ensure student readiness for employment.

Candidate Profile:



Educational Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline. (Preferred: Education, Psychology, Social Work, Communication, HR)

Certifications:

Soft Skills Training, Train-the-Trainer (TTT), or behavioral training credentials preferred.

Experience Required:



4-5 years

of experience in soft skills training or employability coaching, ideally within CSR, skilling, or vocational training programs. Experience working with youth from economically weaker or educationally backward communities is desirable.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in

Hindi and English

Ability to motivate and inspire students from modest backgrounds Confident presenter with a learner-focused, empathetic approach Basic computer skills: MS Office (PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with digital tools Knowledge of

Marathi

will be an added advantage
