1. Any Degree/ Graduation with relevant experience.
2. Required Skills: Good Communication and Word, Excel and Email writing.
3. Training Facilitator responsibilities include designing team and individual courses, maintaining records of curriculum and materials and gathering feedback on the quality of trainings from trainees, instructors and managers. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with various educational techniques for different roles and skill sets.
4. Understanding the course content, plan and deliver it to the trainees within a given frame of time.
5. Encourage individual learning through clear communication and effective use of learning aids during the session.
6. Schedule your training plan and activities
7. Using live examples from work experience in the industrial sector space.
8. Take feedback on the course content and other training materials to ensure that the information trainees receive remains relevant, accurate and up-to-date.
9. Closely monitor the progress of training and success of candidates after training delivery.
10. Coordinated with Centre Manager to ensure timely assessments and certification for trainees.
11. Organize in-house and offsite activities like presentations, job simulations and role-playing exercises.
12. Highly committed for quality and timely delivery of project.
13. Need to maintain assessments of all the trainees.
14. Maintain daily, weekly and monthly report
