Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver engaging training modules focused on soft skills such as: Communication and active listening Empathy and emotional intelligence Conflict resolution and problem-solving Time and stress management Professionalism and work ethics Teamwork and collaboration Patient interaction and service orientation Customize training programs based on roles (e.g., nurses, receptionists, technicians, doctors, support staff). Conduct training needs assessments through surveys, observations, and feedback from supervisors. Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance monitoring. Provide one-on-one coaching or group workshops as needed. Collaborate with medical, nursing, and administrative leadership to align training with hospital standards. Maintain training records and prepare periodic reports on outcomes and improvements. Stay updated with the latest trends in soft skills training, especially in the healthcare context.
