We are looking for a dynamic and passionate

Soft Skills Trainer

to design and deliver effective training programs that enhance learners' communication, interpersonal, and professional skills. The trainer will work closely with students/employees to improve confidence, workplace readiness, and overall personality development.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging training sessions on

soft skills

including: Communication skills (verbal & non-verbal) Public speaking & presentation skills Personality development Interview skills & resume building Time management & teamwork Professional etiquette & workplace behavior Assess trainees' skill gaps and customize training modules accordingly Prepare training materials, activities, role plays, and assessments Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and confidence-building exercises Track trainee progress and provide constructive feedback Maintain training reports, attendance, and performance records Coordinate with academic/placement teams to align training with industry needs Encourage student participation and create a positive learning environment
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
