Conduct soft skill training sessions (communication, confidence, etiquette)
Prepare training materials and activities
Assess trainee progress and provide feedback
Engage students through interactive methods
Coordinate with academic and placement teams
Requirements:
Graduate / Postgraduate (preferred)
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Training or teaching experience preferred
Passion for mentoring and skill development
