We are seeking a passionate and skilled Soft skill Trainer to help learners improve their English speaking and communication skills.
Major Responsibilities
Deliver interactive and engaging training sessions to improve fluency, pronunciation, and vocabulary.
Focus on real-world communication skills such as conversations, presentations, and public speaking.
Teach learners to construct grammatically correct sentences for effective communication.
Design lesson plans, activities, and exercises based on the needs of the learners.
Use practical examples, role-plays, and group discussions to enhance learning.
Evaluate learners' current language proficiency and track their progress over time.
Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Conduct regular assessments, mock Interviews quizzes, and speaking exercises to measure growth.
