Requirements:
Must reside within 15 kms radius of our school
Excellent Communications Skills -
Fluency in English is a must
Friendly, patient and engaging with children
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and ability to plan and deliver interactive sessions suited to school -age students
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct engaging soft skill sessions for students (Communication, teamwork, leadership, etiquette)
Develop and implement age - appropriate lesson plans and activities
Help students improve public speaking, confidence and social behaviour
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
Organize interactive workshops, role plays and personality development activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Prior experience in soft skill training will be an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
