Job Description

A Soft Skill Trainer designs and delivers programs to improve interpersonal skills (communication, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving) through interactive workshops, role-playing, and coaching, assessing needs, creating materials, and evaluating effectiveness to boost employee performance and workplace culture. Key duties involve needs analysis, curriculum development, engaging facilitation, and reporting outcomes for continuous development. Key Responsibilities:

Needs Assessment:

Identify skill gaps through surveys, interviews, and performance data to tailor training.

Curriculum & Material Development:

Create engaging content, presentations, handouts, case studies, and assessments.

Training Delivery:

Facilitate workshops, webinars, and one-on-one coaching on topics like communication, emotional intelligence, leadership, and team building.

Interactive Methods:

Use role-playing, simulations, and practical exercises to build self-awareness and practical skills.

Evaluation & Reporting:

Measure training effectiveness, document progress, and report outcomes to stakeholders.

Culture Building:

Promote positive work environments, improve employee morale, and support retention.
Required Skills:

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching abilities. Strong presentation and facilitation skills. Knowledge of learning methodologies and adult learning principles. Analytical skills for needs assessment and evaluation. Adaptability to different audiences and business needs.
