Conduct mock calls, role-plays, and group discussions
Assess trainees' progress and provide constructive feedback
Maintain training reports and performance evaluations
Support new-hire onboarding and continuous skill development
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
English, Communication
Proven experience as a
Communication Trainer / Soft Skills Trainer
Excellent
spoken and written English
Strong presentation and facilitation skills
Ability to engage diverse learners and adapt training styles
Experience in
corporate, or academic training
preferred
Preferred Skills:
Accent neutralization training
Public speaking and confidence-building techniques
Knowledge of LMS and online training tools
Certification in soft skills or communication training
Experience:
1-5 years of relevant training experience
