Responsibilities

Designing and developing comprehensive training curriculums

Make the trainees job ready, teach behavioral communication & computer skills

Researching and monitoring the latest industry trends in soft skills training

Analyzing and reporting on the efficiency of the training programs

Be able to motivate, engage and inspire trainees
