? Conduct soft skills training sessions as per DDU-GKY curriculum & SOP
? Train students in communication skills, workplace ethics, interview preparation, teamwork, and personality development
? Prepare lesson plans, training content, activities, and assessments
? Maintain daily attendance, training records, and documentation as per project guidelines
? Provide individual feedback and mentoring to help trainees improve
? Organize mock interviews, role plays, and presentations
? Support placement team by preparing candidates for job interviews
? Participate in review meetings, audits, and centre activities when required
Required Qualifications
?
Bachelor's Degree
in any discipline (Education/Management/HR/English preferred)
?
TOT Soft Skills Certification - NIESBUD (Mandatory)
?
1-2 years of experience
as Soft Skills / Employability Skills Trainer
Required Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong classroom management and learner-engagement ability
Proficient in MS Office and digital teaching tools
Ability to mentor and motivate rural youth
Good command over English & Hindi
