We're Hiring: Soft Skill Trainer & Placement Officer (Female Candidate)

Location: Coimbatore / Work From Office

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Soft Skill Trainer & Placement Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering soft skills training, managing student placements, and supporting in-house recruitment and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

-Conduct soft skills training sessions for students (communication, personality development, interview skills, etc.)

-Coordinate and manage student placement activities-Build and maintain relationships with companies for placements-Handle in-house recruitment processes

-Support HR operations and day-to-day HR activities

-Maintain student and placement records and reports

-Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

-Female candidate preferred.

-1-3 years of relevant experience in soft skill training, placement coordination and other HR functions.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Experience in student placement or recruitment is an added advantage.

-Ability to multitask and work independently.

-Passion for training, mentoring, and student development.
