Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced

Soft Skills Trainer

to design and deliver training programs that enhance communication, interpersonal skills, professional etiquette, and workplace behavior among students/employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions on

communication skills, personality development, confidence building, body language, grooming, and workplace etiquette

Design interactive training modules, activities, role plays, and assessments Identify training needs through assessments and feedback Deliver classroom, online, and workshop-based training sessions Mentor participants to improve presentation, teamwork, leadership, and customer interaction skills Evaluate trainee performance and prepare progress reports Stay updated with latest training methodologies and industry trends

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a

Soft Skills Trainer / Communication Trainer

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong presentation and facilitation abilities Ability to engage diverse groups effectively Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and online training too
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?17,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
