Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, deliver, and continuously improve soft skills training programs aligned with ISIM's curriculum and philosophy. Prepare high-quality, structured, and visually engaging class presentations (PPTs), handouts, and learning resources tailored to student needs. Update books, course manuals, and digital content regularly based on feedback, new research, and emerging trends. Conduct interactive workshops, role plays, case discussions, and simulations that encourage experiential learning. Provide personalized coaching and mentoring to help students apply soft skills in real-world scenarios. Collaborate with other faculty across grooming, fashion, and communication domains to ensure integrated learning experiences. Stay current with the latest research, tools, and techniques in soft skills development and related disciplines. Evaluate student progress through assessments, assignments, and feedback loops, offering constructive suggestions for improvement. Support ISIM's outreach efforts by contributing content, testimonials, case studies, and thought leadership articles for marketing and social media.
