Soft Skill and Aptitude Trainer required for an Engineering College in Kopargaon, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra
Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree (any discipline): Commonly in Psychology, Education, Communication, or Business.
Postgraduate Degree or Diploma (optional): In HR, Training & Development, or Behavioral Sciences.
This is skill development training.
Candidate Must have exp in Training Students in Quantitative Aptitude and logical reasoning
Expert in fields of Personality Development, Soft Skills and Aptitude Training
Excellent proficiency in the English Language
Ability to retain the interest of learners in the class
Preparing course work collaterals, assessments, handouts
