Responsibilities
? Resolving customer complaints brought to your concern. Making calls as soft reminders to the concerned stakeholders.
? Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
? Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers via phone.
? Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience.
Requirements:
HSC freshers and above can apply.
Excellent communication skills.
Must be comfortable working from the office.
Immediate Joiner.
Shift Timings:
5:30 PM - 10:30 AM (any 9 hours shift with 1 hour break), 2 Rotational week offs
