Delivering engaging and informative lectures on the course assigned to you. Prepare and utilize a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, discussions, group work, and assignments, to effectively communicate learning objectives and facilitate student comprehension. Creating a positive and supportive learning environment for students. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, performance, and progress. Conducting assessments and providing feedback to students on their progress. Contributing to the development and implementation of the curriculum for the Department of Sociology. Staying current with advancements in the field of Sociology through professional development activities. Participating in departmental meetings and activities as required. Maintaining open communication with students, parents, and colleagues. Adhering to all company policies and procedures. Performing other related duties as assigned.
