Job Description
Responsibilities :Client servicing : dealing and managing social media clients, managing client\'s social media handle- Management and monitoring of the social media department of the company.- Deal with client requests and troubleshoot problems.- Coordinating with clients, marketers, content and designing team on daily basis.- Taking care of social media posts and operations.- Making social media reports and sharing the same with the client.Skills Required : Strong interpersonal communication skills, team player, High service orientation, General business knowledge, have basic communication sense and design sense.Educational Qualification : Bachelor\'sMinimum Experience : 6-12 monthsCommencing date : ImmediatelyLocation :- On-site(Delhi)Working Hours: 10am- 7pm (Monday -Friday) (ref:updazz.com)
