Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Financial Management:

Budgeting, managing expenses, collecting dues, bookkeeping.

Operations & Maintenance:

Supervising security, housekeeping, gardening; managing repairs, upkeep of common areas, and facility management.

Vendor & Staff Coordination:

Hiring, managing, and ensuring quality service from contractors and support staff.

Resident Relations:

Addressing queries, handling complaints, organizing community events, managing communication.

Administration & Compliance:

Maintaining records, preparing for meetings (AGM/SGM), ensuring legal compliance, managing notices.

Daily Rounds:

Inspecting premises, checking facility readiness (lifts, DG, water), and managing daily tasks.

Core Duties:



Briefing staff, verifying attendance, managing daily checklists. Responding to emails and updating management software. Arranging quotations for services and works. Ensuring compliance with society bylaws and statutory guidelines.
