Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the housing society
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers
Supervise security, housekeeping, and maintenance staff
Handle resident queries, complaints, and issue resolution
Manage society records, documentation, and notices
Assist in budget planning, expense tracking, and bill payments
Ensure compliance with society rules and local regulations
Requirements:
Proven experience as a housing society or facility manager
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of accounts, billing, and vendor management
Ability to handle residents professionally
Proficiency in MS Office / basic computer skills
