The Society Manager at Interface Heights will be responsible for the efficient administration, maintenance, and financial operations of the residential society. The role involves liaising with residents, service providers, government authorities, and ensuring statutory compliance, safety, and upkeep of the society premises.
Key Responsibilities:
The Society Manager at Interface Heights will be responsible for the efficient administration, maintenance, and financial operations of the residential society. Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday -- 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Availability on Sundays in case of emergencies / meetings is expected)
Administration & Operations:
Oversee daily operations and housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.
Ensure smooth functioning of lifts, generators, water pumps, and other critical equipment.
Maintain and update all society records, including share certificates, resident databases, and service contracts.
Coordinate repair and maintenance works for common areas, utilities, and amenities.
Implement and enforce society rules and by-laws.
Financial Management:
Prepare and manage society's annual budget and monthly expenses.
Ensure timely billing and collection of maintenance charges and other dues from members.
Coordinate with auditors and accountants for financial audits and balance sheets.
Maintain petty cash and approve regular expenditures within prescribed limits.

Address and resolve member/resident grievances effectively and timely.
Communicate regularly through notices, circulars, or digital platforms (WhatsApp groups, email, etc.).
Coordinate Annual General Meetings (AGM), Special General Meetings (SGM), and Committee meetings.
Vendor & Staff Management:
Appoint, supervise, and evaluate vendors and service contracts (security, pest control, plumbing, etc.).
Monitor attendance and performance of housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff.
Ensure timely renewal of contracts and negotiate competitive rates.
Compliance & Legal:
Ensure compliance with cooperative society laws and other regulations.
Liaise with statutory authorities for licenses, property tax, fire safety, etc.
Keep records of legal documents, correspondence, and society registration.
Qualifications and Skills:
Graduate (Preferably in Commerce/Administration). Diploma in Housing/Society Management is a plus.
3-7 years of relevant experience in managing a cooperative housing society.
Sound knowledge of Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, Bye-laws, and RERA.
Proficiency in MS Office, Tally/Accounting software, and Society Management Apps.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
