We are seeking a dynamic Social/Content Marketing Executive with 2-4 years of experience to create engaging content, manage social media presence, and support end-to-end marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong digital marketing expertise and a passion for boosting brand visibility, engagement, and growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with overall brand objectives.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation

  • Develop, write, and edit compelling content for blogs, websites, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with design and multimedia teams to create visually appealing and interactive marketing assets.
2. Social Media Management
  • Manage and optimize brand profiles across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Create and schedule posts, track analytics, and refine strategies to enhance audience engagement.
  • Monitor interactions, respond to comments/messages, and nurture a strong community.
3. 360 Marketing Campaigns
  • Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Support activities including email marketing, SEO/SEM, influencer collaborations, and events.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution.
4. Market Research
  • Conduct research to analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience behavior.
  • Apply insights to improve marketing performance and content direction.
5. Reporting & Analytics
  • Track campaign KPIs, analyze performance, and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
6. Brand Management
  • Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across content and communication.
  • Support brand-building initiatives and enhance overall brand positioning.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in content creation and social media marketing
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, content management tools, and analytics dashboards
  • Creative mindset with strong problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
