We are looking for driven and energetic graduates to join our team in a field-based role supporting project implementation. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working on the ground, engaging with people, and coordinating activities to ensure projects run smoothly at the local level. The role requires initiative, responsibility, and comfort with frequent local travel.

Key Responsibilities

Visit project locations regularly to gather information and monitor progress Coordinate with schools, partner organizations, and local stakeholders Support execution of project activities as per timelines and guidelines Maintain field records, prepare basic reports, and share updates with supervisors Assist in organizing on-ground events, meetings, and community activities Build and sustain positive relationships with community members and institutions Ensure professionalism and adherence to project protocols during all field interactions

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline (freshers are welcome to apply) Willing to travel locally for field assignments Must have a personal laptop and reliable internet connectivity Good verbal and written communication skills Comfortable using MS Office or Google Workspace tools

Additional Skills (Preferred)

Two-wheeler for local travel Familiarity with Rajasthan's local areas and routes Ability to handle field challenges with a problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
