Social Worker
Requirements
Ability to empathise with patients and understand their needs. To work out options for them to save treatment costs. Communicating with patients and patient parties regularly to take feedback from the Patients to convey their concerns to the management and resolve them properly.
Experience
Not a must but will be an added advantage.
