Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Social Worker to support and coordinate the welfare programs and outreach activities of our Trust. The ideal candidate will be committed to community development and capable of managing on-ground initiatives effectively.

Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and implement community welfare and development programs. Identify beneficiaries and assess their needs through field visits. Coordinate with government departments, NGOs, and local bodies for project execution. Maintain records, prepare reports, and document success stories of trust activities. Conduct awareness programs, health camps, and educational drives. Support fundraising, volunteer management, and donor communication. Ensure all activities align with the trust's vision and compliance requirements.

Qualification

Degree in

Social Work / Sociology / Psychology / Rural Development

(MSW preferred) Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
