Conduct daily beneficiary assessments, case histories, and follow-up support.
Coordinate rescue, rehabilitation, and reintegration activities for homeless vulnerable individuals battling with mental health challenges.
Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and beneficiary records.
Support the shelter team in planning and implementing rehabilitation programs.
Facilitate medical care, counselling, family tracing, and community linkages.
Ensure timely reporting to the Project Lead and management.
Work closely with government departments, hospitals, police and local stakeholders when required.

Male

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Social Work (Full-Time) from a recognized university with
specialization in Medical & Psychiatry/Community Development / Psychology
or any related field.
Prior experience in NGO/social sector work is an added advantage.
Strong communication, documentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle fieldwork, community visits and case follow-ups.
Sense of responsibility, empathy and discipline.
