Job Openings for 15 Social Worker Jobs with minimum 3 Years Experience in , having Educational qualification of : M.A with Good knowledge in Community Development, NGO Management, Social Service, Social Research etc.

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant work of working with

disability sector.

• RCI Registration
• Desirable: Experience in Community based rehabilitation
• Strong written and verbal communication and

capability to relate and interact with multicultural
teams

• Giving close attention to details and demonstrated ability

to handle sensitive or confidential information.

• Have an empathetic & compassionate attitude. Sensitive

towards the needs of children

• Ability to analyse complex problems, craft possible solutions

and recommendations.

2. Duties & Responsibilities
\xef\x82\xb7 Lisoning with administrators, professionals, community leaders & bare foot social
workers.
\xef\x82\xb7 Home and community visits
\xef\x82\xb7 Community Mapping and Schedule Preparation
\xef\x82\xb7 Organizing of training programs.
\xef\x82\xb7 Community resource mobilisation & Coordination
\xef\x82\xb7 Family counselling
\xef\x82\xb7 Psycho Social Education
\xef\x82\xb7 Facilitating PWDs and families for availing various schemes and benefits
\xef\x82\xb7 Planning and organizing screening camps and training programs
\xef\x82\xb7 Forming support groups in the community
\xef\x82\xb7 Linking the PwD and families with the services such as school, livelihood etc
\xef\x82\xb7 Future planning and cluster mapping
\xef\x82\xb7 Any other activities given time to time.
