r Responsibilities

r . Recruitment: including sourcing, selection, offer and on-boarding
r
r . Culture: Engage with all members in the plant and proactively identify and address areas where trust can be built
r
r . Time Management
r
r . Engagement: Design and implement engagement agenda for the plant
r
r . HRMS Ownership for all members, that includes, attendance and payroll
r
r . Analytics: Actively track leading HR metrics and ensure steps to improve plants performance
r
r . Admin: Be the single point of contact for all HR operational requirements for members
r
r . Contract Labour: Ensure compliance and availability of contract labour as per the requirement
r
r . Compliance: Adherence to laws, filing of returns, and liaison with local officials, and representatives.
r
r Desired Candidate:
r
r . Accountability: the person should display ownership of their work and ensure that deliverable are completed in time with quality
r
r . Initiative: the person is the peoples champion in the unit. He/she should be able to spot trends on the shop floor and be able to develop solutions proactively
r
r . People Connect: Liking for engaging with people, collaborating with them as their partner, and building trust
r
r . Analytics: Ability to understand plant's operations and be able to identify and improve important metrics (culture, cost, quality)

r . Experience: In a plant set-up in HR Operations, and with knowledge of the local language
r
r . Education: Preference to members with Masters in Social Welfare, but not mandatory
Education: MBA/ PGDM, Other School/ Graduationr -r MSWr r r r r r r Any Graduate
Industry: Logistics/Freight Forward/Distribution/Courier, Manufacturing/Industrial
