. The Field Worker will be instrumental in implementing our programs, engaging with community members, and ensuring the successful execution of our initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular field visits to implement and monitor community programs.
Engage with community members to raise awareness about Spherule Foundation's initiatives.
Assist in organizing and facilitating workshops, training sessions, campaigns, and community events.
Collect, maintain, and report data related to program activities and outcomes in a timely manner.
Collaborate with local stakeholders, community leaders, schools, health workers, and partner organizations.
Provide insights, feedback, and recommendations based on field observations to help strengthen program implementation.
Ensure adherence to organizational policies, ethical standards, and reporting protocols
Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Community Development, or a related field.
Prior experience in fieldwork or community engagement is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Marathi and English; knowledge of Hindi is an advantage.
Willingness to travel and work in various community settings.
Preferrable if he/she has their own vehicle
