We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated graduates to join our team as Field Executives.

This position is well-suited for individuals who enjoy on-ground engagement, interacting with diverse stakeholders, and ensuring smooth implementation of project activities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, responsible, and comfortable traveling within and around the assigned location.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular field visits and collect accurate data and information. Coordinate with schools, partners, and local stakeholders as required. Support the implementation of project activities and ensure timely completion of field tasks. Prepare reports, maintain field logs, and provide periodic updates to supervisors. Assist in organizing field activities, meetings, and events. Build and maintain positive relationships with community members and institutions. Adhere to project guidelines and maintain professionalism during all field engagements.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Willingness to travel in and around the assigned location. Must have a laptop and a stable internet connection. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Ownership of a two-wheeler for field travel. Familiarity with the local geography of Rajasthan. Problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?13,000.00 per month
