Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field from an accredited university is required. Valid teaching certification or license in the relevant subject area is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and staff. Demonstrated ability to create engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of all learners. Experience working in a classroom setting is advantageous but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
