Prepare daily lesson plans, teaching aids, and instructional materials.
Ensure syllabus completion within timelines set by the Academic Coordinator.
Use innovative teaching methods--activities, discussions, audio-visual tools, and real-life examples.
2. Classroom Management
Maintain discipline and create a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Motivate students to participate in discussions and classroom activities.
Track attendance, behavior, and overall development of students.
3. Assessment & Evaluation
Prepare question papers, worksheets, and assignments as per the board guidelines.
Conduct formative and summative assessments.
Evaluate answer scripts and maintain detailed grade records.
Provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
4. Student Development
Encourage critical thinking, debate, and awareness of current events.
Support slow learners through remedial classes and provide enrichment to advanced learners.
Guide students in project work, exhibitions, and social science activities.
5. Administrative Responsibilities
Maintain lesson records, student reports, and examination data.
Participate in PTA meetings, staff meetings, academic planning sessions.
Assist in school events, competitions, and extracurricular activities.
6. Compliance & Professional Conduct
Follow all CBSE/State Board regulations related to teaching, assessment, and documentation.
Update oneself with changes in curriculum, teaching methods, and exam patterns.
Uphold school policies, ethics, and standards.
