Job Overview
Join Podar Education Network as a Social Science Teacher at our Shimoga location. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. Youll be responsible for engaging with students through innovative teaching methods, contributing to our mission of delivering quality education with integrity. The role requires a combination of academic qualifications and practical experience to effectively manage and deliver our curriculum.
Qualifications and Skills

• Must have a Bachelor of Education (B.ed) degree (Mandatory skill) to cater to the educational needs of students effectively.
• Must have a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree (Mandatory skill) to provide insightful depth in the social science discipline.
• Proven experience as a Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) enhancing instructional delivery and methodologies.
• Expertise in curriculum development to create and improve educational programs that meet institutional standards.
• Strong classroom management skills to foster a disciplined and inclusive learning environment.
• Proficient in lesson planning to ensure structured and purposeful teaching and learning activities.
• Ability to utilize innovative teaching methods for engaging and interactive student learning experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective teacher-student relationships and collaborative learning.
