Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated

Social Science Teacher

to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in teaching subjects such as History, Geography, Political Science, Economics, and/or Sociology, depending on the curriculum. They should be committed to delivering engaging and thought-provoking lessons that help students understand societal structures, global dynamics, and civic responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in Social Science subjects according to the school curriculum (e.g., CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, IB, or State Board). Encourage critical thinking, discussion, and inquiry-based learning in the classroom. Use a variety of teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests. Assess, evaluate, and report on students' progress regularly through assignments, exams, and classroom activities. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters academic and personal growth. Integrate technology and innovative methods in lesson planning and delivery. Participate in staff meetings, school events, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development opportunities. Maintain discipline and support students' social and emotional development. Contribute to curriculum development and collaborate with colleagues in cross-disciplinary teaching.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Science, History, Geography, Political Science, or related field.
