Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Social Science Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and thought-provoking lessons in history, geography, civics, economics, and other related disciplines. The teacher will foster critical thinking, global awareness, and social responsibility in students through a well-rounded curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons in subjects such as History, Geography, Civics, and Economics. Develop lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and educational goals. Use a variety of instructional strategies and classroom technologies to engage diverse learners. Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and projects. Provide constructive feedback and maintain accurate academic records. Encourage classroom discussions that promote critical thinking and understanding of social issues. Create a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support student success. Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school events.
