Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the curriculum program
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students
- Teach students using a variety of instructional methods and materials
- Assess and evaluate student progress and provide feedback
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the educational experience
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress and behavior
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and assessments
- Participate in professional development activities to stay current in teaching practices

Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Teaching certification or licensure required
- Previous experience working with students in an educational setting preferred
- Knowledge of instructional strategies and techniques for diverse learners
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
