We are seeking an experienced and passionate Social Science Teacher to join our CBSE school faculty. The ideal candidate will have a strong command over History, Geography, Political Science, and Economics as per CBSE standards, along with the ability to make learning engaging, interactive, and student-centered.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver well-structured Social Science lessons in alignment with CBSE curriculum guidelines.
Create lesson plans that integrate innovative teaching methods, activities, and multimedia tools.
Assess, record, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback.
Prepare students for internal assessments, board examinations, and competitions.
Encourage critical thinking, debate, and inquiry-based learning.
Maintain discipline, classroom order, and a positive learning environment.
Participate in faculty meetings, training programs, and school events.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and progress.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Social Science or related field.
B.Ed. (Mandatory as per CBSE norms).
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school.
Strong subject knowledge and understanding of CBSE syllabus requirements.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and technology.
