Social Research Analyst - Impact Assessment & SROI - 3+ Years - Mumbai
Location - Mumbai

Responsibilities -

• Assist in the development of methodologies and work plans for impact assessment projects.
• Gather, clean, and analyze data to generate robust and insightful research outcomes.
• Apply appropriate statistical techniques for sampling, monitoring, and analysis.
• Design and implement baseline, midline, and endline studies aligned with project objectives.
• Conduct SROI (Social Return on Investment) and Value-for-Money analyses.
• Develop Theories of Change, Outcome Harvesting, and Contribution Analysis frameworks.
• Manage and monitor field data collection and ensure data quality.
• Conduct stakeholder mapping, engagement, and consultation sessions.
• Analyze MIS data to measure impact and suggest mid-course corrections.
• Prepare impact reports, case studies, and presentations for clients.
• Support business development through proposal writing and research support.

Requirements -

• Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Development Studies, Public Policy, or related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in impact assessment, research, or monitoring and evaluation (M&E).
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in SPSS, STATA, or R.
• Proficiency in digital data collection tools such as KoboToolbox, SurveyCTO, or ODK.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
• Experience working on CSR, nonprofit, or development sector projects preferred.
