About the Role



Brite Skoda is looking for a dynamic

Social & Performance Marketing Executive

to lead and manage all digital marketing initiatives for the dealership. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution abilities, capable of planning and running full-funnel social media and performance campaigns while maintaining the brand's premium identity.

The ideal candidate will own end-to-end digital presence for Brite Skoda -- from weekly/monthly content calendars to targeted ad campaigns and lead generation -- working closely with the Directors and Dealer Principals.

Key Responsibilities



1. Social Media Planning & Content Management



Develop weekly and monthly social media plans aligned with Brite Skoda's objectives. Integrate and adapt OEM (Skoda Auto India) content and campaign guidelines into dealership-level plans. Create sustained digital presence through regular posts, reels, customer stories, event highlights, and service promotions. Work directly with designers/agencies to brief, conceptualize, and oversee content creation. Ensure timely posting across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).

2. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation



Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across

Google Ads and Meta Ads

for both sales and after-sales objectives. Define target audiences, create ad sets, and run performance-driven campaigns. Track CPL, CPA, ROAS, and key campaign metrics. Generate high-intent leads and coordinate with the sales team for lead response, tracking, and conversion. Build custom remarketing audiences and run retargeting funnels.

3. Reporting & Analysis



Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports covering lead flow, engagement, ad spends, and conversions. Analyse data to identify opportunities for scaling campaigns and improving cost efficiency. Present key insights to Directors and Dealer Principal for decision-making.

4. Brand Coordination & Compliance



Maintain consistency with Skoda brand guidelines and marketing mandates. Collaborate with internal teams and OEM representatives for new campaign rollouts. Ensure all creatives and messaging reflect Brite Skoda's premium positioning.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in social media or performance marketing (automotive experience preferred but not mandatory). Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools. Creative mindset with strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to multitask and manage timelines across several campaigns. Data-driven approach with a good grasp of digital KPIs and optimization practices.

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
