Social Media Marketing/SMO Expert
Location: Noida

Experience: 3-5 years (minimum) in Social Media Marketing

What You'll Do

Develop and execute social media strategies focused on international audiences (Netherlands, Germany, France, USA & UK).

Manage brand presence across major platforms -- Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, and YouTube.

Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, ads, etc.).

Run and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads) for performance and ROI.

Analyze campaign data (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) to measure and improve results.

Collaborate with SEO and content teams for aligned messaging.

Stay updated with global trends, platform algorithms, and competitor activities.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience driving organic and paid traffic from social media for global markets.

Strong analytical skills with knowledge of pixel tracking, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.

Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva, and Google Analytics.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Creativity in ad copy and visual content.

Understanding of international (Netherlands, German, French, US & UK) consumer behavior.

Bonus Points

Experience with eCommerce, health, or lifestyle brands.

Exposure to influencer marketing and managing multiple campaigns.
