Key Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design & Editing
Create marketing material (posters, brochures, banners, newsletters, etc.) using
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva
, and other tools.
Edit images, infographics, and visuals for online/offline campaigns.
Video Editing & Production
Shoot and edit short videos, reels, and event coverage using tools like
Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Filmora
, etc.
Add subtitles, animations, and effects for engaging storytelling.
, and other platforms.
Plan monthly content calendars, post regularly, and monitor engagement.
Respond to comments/messages and maintain brand tone.
Digital Advertising
Plan, run, and monitor
Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
, YouTube ads, and other paid campaigns.
Track performance, optimize campaigns, and prepare ad performance reports.
- Marketing Material Preparation
Design event invites, certificates, standees, merchandise designs, and other promotional material.
Coordinate with printing vendors for quality and timely delivery.
Other Responsibilities
Basic photography of events and activities.
Support in offline events & marketing campaigns.
Maintain an archive of all marketing creatives and campaigns.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) &
Canva
.
Strong understanding of
social media platforms
and their algorithms.
Basic knowledge of
digital ads
(Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, YouTube Ads).
Good communication & content writing skills in
Hindi and English
.
Creative thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Mass Communication / Multimedia Design or relevant field preferred.
Experience:
1-3 years in marketing, design, or digital media (Freshers with strong portfolios can also apply).
