Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to build brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all platforms.
Manage and grow the company and client social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Create content calendars, oversee content production (visual and written), and ensure timely publishing.
Engage with audiences, monitor online conversations, and manage community interactions.
Analyze social media performance using tools and provide monthly performance reports with strategic insights.
Coordinate with designers, photographers, and video editors for campaign content.
Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate clients; understand their goals and ensure the brand voice reflects their vision.
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in social media strategy, brand management, or digital marketing.
Proven experience handling clients and delivering measurable results.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms, trends, and tools.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work independently or within a team.
