About the Role

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and tech-savvy

Social Media & Video Content Creator

to produce engaging digital content across all major platforms. This role involves managing everything from planning and shooting videos (YouTube reels, Instagram reels, podcasts) to editing, posting, and growing our online presence.

, short-form content, and promotional videos Set up cameras, lighting, audio, and recording equipment Edit videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc. Add subtitles, transitions, effects, and graphics for a professional finish

Social Media Management

Create and publish content across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) Plan monthly content calendars and consistent posting schedules Stay updated with current trends to create viral/relevant content Manage brand voice, tone, and messaging

Creative Content

Write captions, hooks, descriptions, and script ideas Brainstorm content themes for reels, podcast discussions, behind-the-scenes content, etc. Generate ideas that boost engagement, followers, and reach

Analytics & Growth

Track performance metrics and suggest improvements Research competitor content and industry trends Analyse insights to optimise future content

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong interest in video creation and social media Ability to shoot and edit video content (basic to intermediate skills required; advanced skills are a plus) Good English communication and creativity Knowledge of trending formats, sounds, and social media best practices Ability to manage multiple content streams (podcasts, reels, shorts, posts) Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools)

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

Experience in photography, videography, or social media management Comfort in handling digital equipment (camera, mic, lighting) Understanding of YouTube SEO, Instagram growth methods, hashtags, etc.
